Acolytes:
The Acolyte Guild consists of youth, from seventh grade through high school, and adults who assist when the youth aren't available. The acolytes work in teams to cover the jobs of Crucifer, Missal Bearer, and Torch Bearer.

Adult Education:
The mission of the Adult Christian Education Committee is to help us as adults of Grace Church explore, articulate, and grow in our faith so that we may reflect the truths of the Christian gospel in the world where we each live and work, in our response to the issues and decisions of the day, and in our relationships with colleagues, friends, and those whom we love. This mission is pursued through planned programs in a comfortable setting on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am in the small hall.

Altar Guild:
The Altar Guild is responsible for preparing the altar, the flowers, and the linens needed for all the services of the church.

Baptisms:
Any person(s) interested in being baptized or having a child baptized should contact the Rector. Instruction will be provided.

Choir:
The adult choir meets each Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. for rehearsals.

Church Service League:
The Church Service League meets every Tuesday from March to May and from September to the middle of December. The Church Service League is the oldest organization at Grace Church. We sew, knit and make items for children in need as well as for nursing homes. We share in the Holy Eucharist at 10 a.m. and lunch is at 11:45. Bring a sandwich and join us for lunch. All are welcome to attend our meetings.

Confirmation and Inquirer's Classes:
Held annually to coincide with the Bishop's visitation. For those who have never been confirmed as well as those who would like to reaffirm their faith. Please contact the Rector's office if you are interested.

Finance Committee:
The Finance Committee meets throughout the year to provide management and oversight of the financial situation of the parish. Its primary responsibilities are endowment management, budgetary advice, and occasional other tasks related to financial management assigned by the Vestry. We welcome anyone who is interested in the finances of the parish. The meetings are held quarterly, usually in January, April, July and October and any other time the Vestry requests our help or we have special business to consider.

Grace Church Vestry:
The Vestry meets the first Sunday of every month from 12:45 - 2:45 pm. Minutes from the monthly meeting are posted on the bulletin board in the office.

Greeters:
Every Sunday, two greeters hand out leaflets and participate in the offertory. This is a terrific way to meet more members of the congregation.

Isabel Coleman Memorial Garden:
The Memorial Garden continues to provide a tranquil final resting-place for the ashes of parishioners and members of their families, as well as a natured-centered spot where people can sit and reflect. The Memorial Garden was Bob Malagodi's vision--he wanted a fitting memorial to Isabel Coleman who gave so many years of service to Grace Church. I hope that those who come to the garden for quiet contemplation will remember both Isabel and Bob, whose creativity and caring helped bring this wonderful space into being.

Journey to Adulthood for Jr. High:
The Youth Group at Grace church offers fellowship to all associated youth, from grades seven through twelve. Our mission is to offer a safe haven for practicing and developing faith, both by participating in fun, informal church events, as well as by participation in community outreach. We hope to provide a place for youth to develop a support group outside the normal peer groups at school. We meet on Sunday's at 10:00 a.m. in the rector's study.

Property Committee:

This is an obligation and a task that we have been at for 125 years as a community of faith, worship, prayer and friendship.

Stewardship is about people offering back to God their time and talent to do the work we were commissioned to do at our Baptism. It is about connecting with people, helping each other find our gifts for ministry, and finding ways to offer those gifts to the community.
