February 2nd - "Concerned Black Men"
Founded in 1989, the Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts, Inc., (CBMM) is committed to restoring the positive viability of the black male through their efforts at their Saturday academy, the Paul Robeson Institute for Positive Self-Development, (PRI). PRI Director, Richard Harris and former PRI Co-Director, Courtneay Small will visit with us on Sunday February 2nd to share with our church congregation the vital service volunteer members of CBMM perform for the youth in Boston and surrounding communities. In addition, you will be able to hear firsthand, from PRI parents and their sons who are currently attending the PRI or have since moved on and currently enrolled in college or professionally employed. We hope your time will avail you the opportunity to attend this gathering to welcome our guests and learn more about the work of CBMM.
Please plan to attend this coming Sunday.
