First Full Day of Classes!

Dear friends,

Last Sunday was the first day that students were in their normal classrooms, and it was a blast! Children's Chapel started off with enthusiastic singing of "Standing in the Need of Prayer" and I gave a brief reflection before the students split into classrooms. The Godly Play group has proudly reinstated the Graham Cracker Feast as a part of their classroom time, and it was a hit! The elementary students started the "All About the Bible" series; each child got to hold and flip through their own Bible, and they started a Bible timeline on the wall. The middle schoolers got to play a guessing game where we each guessed some "unguessable" facts about one another. This group proved to be a bit too bright to be out-smarted by me and David Barbrow.

Blessings,
Jared, Minister for Christian Formation
