"What do you mean, you don't read the bulletin?

"What do you mean, you don't read the bulletin?
How do you know what's going on at Grace?!"

Grace Church sizzles with activity.  One way we know what's going on is by looking at the calendar in the office and at the Hospitality notices outside the Small Hall.   The Search Committee posts its progress on a board in the Small Hall.  Vestry minutes are on display on a board in the office.

Check 'em out!

But with much information comes much responsibility.   We keep our active parish running smoothly with one important but simple process - if you're ever scheduling something at Grace Church, send email to office@gracenewton.org first.   Susan Clancy is the keeper of the calendar in the office.   She gets information from all of us, and she is in the unique position to help us avoid scheduling conflicts.   Only she updates the office bulletin board (sorry, Susan, I didn't mean to fill in that square last week!)

The Proverbs say that a "soft answer turns away wrath".  But an even easier way to turn away wrath is to tell Susan before confirming or posting any activity...  when in doubt, email her.
